Retire the self-scored benchmark comparison from living surfaces - #89
Merged
Conversation
statewave-web #271/#293 retired the 8/8-vs-2/8 support-workflow claim from the marketing site: scoring our own harness against a strawman baseline is not a trustworthy proof figure. This carries the same retirement through the docs' living pages — overview, roadmap, and why-statewave now cite the benchmark as "8 criteria, open harness" and invite readers to run it themselves — and reworks the proof-figure SSoT to match: benchmark_statewave/benchmark_naive become support_criteria, docs mirrors follow the new wording, the web mirrors grep the PROOF_FIGURES constants the site centralized on, and the removed HomePage/blog score surfaces drop their mirror entries. CHANGELOG and release notes keep the historical figure on purpose — they are point-in-time snapshots, per the checker's own policy. check-proof-figures.py verified green against merged statewave-web main.

Companion to statewave-web #271/#293: the docs' living pages (overview, roadmap, why-statewave) now cite the support-workflow benchmark as '8 criteria, open harness' instead of the self-scored 8/8-vs-2/8 comparison, and the proof-figure SSoT + mirrors are reworked to match the site's new PROOF_FIGURES constants. History (CHANGELOG, release notes) intentionally untouched per the checker's own policy.
