> **Amended by ADR-013 (revised 2026-09-25).** One route, `POST /api/v1/service-account-keys/exchanges`, is called before the proxy knows which account is calling, so the proxy authenticates it as itself: a proxy-signed assertion whose subject is the sentinel `urn:source:data-proxy`, accepted only on that route and resolving to no account anywhere else. Every other lookup stays on behalf of the caller, as below.
