I can't wrap my head around the fact you can't generate energy via oil, so let's change that!
I had an idea, just as we have a coal burner, just add an oil burner. it could be unlocked through the early research menu for around 1000 science and and upgrade for 10000 that doubles the energy output. it could be like five at the beginning and ten after the upgrade.
