Do we like to release https://github.com/spdx/spdx-maven-plugin to 1.0.4 and update the version here too? |

The spdx-maven-plugin 1.0.4 is actually already available on https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.spdx/spdx-maven-plugin (but not yet on https://github.com/spdx/spdx-maven-plugin/releases). So we can update to 1.0.4 now. |
