Imputation on CHM13

Hello,
If I have a reference panel and array data mapped on the CHM-13 reference genome, would I face any issues using minimac4 for imputation? Thanks for your help and for a great tool.

No, any linear reference genomes should work. The only thing that matters is that the array and WGS panel use the same reference genome.
