When setting up phone app,after choose links page, the history options page is shown but nothing can be selected on this page, and the app is useless. Please help.

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !Samsung galaxy s3 android 4.3 , build #  
JSS15J.T999UVUENC2 , tried using wifi & mobile network-neither worked.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.choose account-gmail
2.select link option-automatic or manual- I tried both without any success.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The app does not work and 
cannot be completely set up.


What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.


Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ? tried both without 
any success.


Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ? Cannot even complete set up on phone.


Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ? No




Please provide any additional information below. Can't finish set up can't get 
past history options page. Nothing can be selected or done with that page on 
phone. Please help.

I'm sorry, did not notice 3. above. after 2., 3 is history page on the 
chrometophone app on phone and nothing can be done or selected or pressed on 
this page on my chrometophone app setup.
