I can't reproduce this either. Similar to in sveltejs/template#193, it sounds like you don't have the proper Rollup plugins installed and configured, in this case the @rollup/plugin-url plugin, which is present in the template in rollup.config.js.

I got this exact error. I've never used Rollup. If I needed to install that separately, I would like to have that in the tutorial that suggests using this template.
