TapHouse v3 adds .pre-commit-config.yaml to the canonical set and to the drift-check file list. Point the drift job at v3 so the pre-commit config is guarded against divergence alongside .clang-format / .clang-tidy / STYLE.md. No re-sync needed: all four synced files already match TapHouse v3 (v3's .clang-format / .clang-tidy / STYLE.md are unchanged from v2 — v3 only added the pre-commit config, which this repo picked up on adoption).
