2. Downstream Integration Architecture (techton/main)

Our downstream fork repository (techton7/blitz) maintains a unified integration branch techton/main that bundles all necessary downstream patches together for daily development and application consumption (e.g. blitz-host):

1. macOS IME & Shortcut Bindings: Physical key mapping for shortcuts on non-Latin layouts (Branch fix/macos-text-input-shortcuts).
2. Synthetic Input Events: Pointer, mouse wheel, keyboard, and focus dispatching for automation and embedding.
3. Seam 1 Asset Deadlock Fix: Windows drive path URL resolution, ResourceHandler drop-safety, and file:// normalization (Branch fix/win-asset-deadlock, PR fix(dom,net): resolve Windows local asset deadlock and guarantee ResourceHandler drop safety DioxusLabs/blitz#959).
4. AnyRender DX12-First Policy: Consumed via [patch.crates-io] pointing to tag wgpu_context-v0.9.1-win-policy in techton7/anyrender.

Upstream review branches remain strictly split by concern (fix/macos-text-input-shortcuts vs fix/win-asset-deadlock), while techton/main serves as the authoritative downstream integration baseline.

3. Conditions for Closing this Local Trace Issue

This Blitz tracking issue may be closed and deleted ONLY when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. Seam 1 Upstream PR:
   • Upstream DioxusLabs/blitz#959 is reviewed and merged into DioxusLabs/blitz:main.
2. Upstream AnyRender Release:
   • Upstream DioxusLabs/anyrender#100 is merged and released on crates.io.
   • The [patch.crates-io] entry for wgpu_context is removed from Cargo.toml.
3. Downstream Rebase & Verification:
   • techton/main is rebased onto upstream main without needing local Seam 1 or GPU overrides.
   • cargo run -rp browser builds and renders visibly and flawlessly out-of-the-box on Windows.
