Nexus + Otel examples

Would be great to see Nexus + Otel examples.

• Nexus Otel interceptor support for Go SDK and Java SDK today
• Python SDK is pre-release, will get Otel interceptor support in Public Preview, so once that's done we could add it to the Python example.

Hey @prasek, thank you for your feature request. A basic Java Nexus example is added, and the steps to run the demo are documented here.
