Enhance Data Storing for Untagged User Interactions with whole UI data

ToDo: Get the complete UI -> Somewhere get the index from the initial file get the complete row from the initial dataframe, store complete User Interaction

In tagging.py the inital row data has to be gathered for the log_from_untagged function, so that the whole user interaction and not only the filled context parameters are added.
