Finalizing changes to testlets and collectors

Here are the list of tasks that need to be completed for this issue to be considered closed (in order):

• Convert http testlet to Go and remove the bash equivalent (GH proj is here)
• Convert iperf testlet to Go and remove the bash equivalent (GH proj is here)
• Convert fact collectors to Go and compile them into todd-agent
• Remove anything related to go-bindata, as it won't be needed at this point
