Wires a FLAT button into the EQ view's segmented toggle row, next to the sliders/graph switch. Resets all bands to flat in a single native call (resetBlockEq) rather than looping per-band updates, so it lands as one undo step instead of six. The native resetBlockEq function and its full action-layer plumbing (useChainActions/useChainState/Plugin.tsx) already shipped separately; this is only the missing UI button, wired to what's already there. Summary
Adds a FLAT button to the block EQ view (next to the sliders/graph segmented toggle) that resets all 6 bands to their default/flat state.
resetBlockEqfunction - a single call, one undo step - not a per-band loop (which would land as six separate undo steps).resetBlockEqbackend and its full action-layer plumbing (useChainActions.ts,useChainState.ts,Plugin.tsx) already shipped previously and are unrelated to this PR - this adds only the missing UI button, wired to what's already there.Test plan
