Add Review Style details to Opportunities

Summary

• load the authenticated AI review configuration for challenge details, with the manual Figma presentation for missing configurations and anonymous viewers
• render AI only, AI Gating, and Instant Review states with the exact Figma tooltip copy and accessible triggers
• align the shared sidebar card typography, spacing, and icons, and add service/component coverage plus API documentation
