Integrated Wazuh with Tines SOAR to automate security alert handling, threat intelligence enrichment, Slack notifications, analyst approval, and response actions. Built an end-to-end workflow using AbuseIPDB, VirusTotal, Wazuh API, and Active Response to detect, investigate, and contain suspicious activity.
Configured Wazuh Active Response to detect repeated SSH authentication failures and automatically block the source IP. Developed a custom detection rule, integrated the firewall-drop response, simulated an SSH brute-force attack, and validated automated detection, containment, and connectivity restoration.
