Conventional MRI cannot reliably detect glioblastoma infiltration beyond the contrast-enhing T1 tumor core, where tumor cells often migrate along blood vessels. This study evaluates whether combining multiparametric MRI contrasts improves tumor characterization using a registered MRI–histology dataset with rigorous co-registration and validation.
