Open-source Python toolkit for reproducible enzyme kinetics, Michaelis-Menten fitting, and IC50 dose-response analysis.
Quantitative digital analysis of Glucose Standard curve for Enzyme assay practical. It is performed to find out the slope of the standard curve to deduce the unknown concentration from know OD in a OD vs concentration curve. It reduces the manual labour and error to plot in a real graph paper.
pH effects the structure and activity of enzymes. It can effect the state of ionization of acidic or basic amino acids. This can lead to altered protein recognition or an enzyme might become inactive. So determination of pH optima by experimental observation and computational tools is so important in enzyme related industries and research.
This is a modified version of CleaveNet, an ML pipeline that can be used for substrate design and activity prediction. The program was altered to allow for training with YESS 2.0 / COMET datasets. The original CleaveNet scripts are available at:
Software de cinética enzimática con diagnóstico global de inhibición por AICc y exportación EnzymeML/STRENDA
Little accelerators for molecular biology
2025 long reads x NGS for dictionary generation and counting, quickly and simply
COmprehensive Motif Evaluation Toolkit (COMET) was developed to process high-throughput datasets for the evaluation of enzymatic specificity.
