Rust implementation of pyxform: convert XLSForm spreadsheets to ODK XForm XML

A multilingual Progressive Web App (PWA) for collecting Palestinian intangible cultural heritage. It presents a digital form (Italian, English, العربية with RTL), one question per screen, and submits the data — through the VIM backend — to KoboToolbox.

Run the logic inside an ODK/OpenRosa XForm — relevant, constraint, required, calculate — in Rust, on a server, in a browser through WebAssembly, and in R. Every rule measured against both JavaRosa and Enketo.
