Heartbeat should update location/timestamp

Even if the location has only changed slightly, it makes sense to go ahead and send the new one.

At the very least, there should be a timestamp with the time the heartbeat is for?

I agree. In the current version, the location and timestamp still don't update after a 60-second heartbeat.

I have a separate script running hourly and informing me if client hasn't update anything for 1 hour. I have set Stationary heartbeat to 600 but still i get every hour a warning that no data if the mobile phone is sitting on the table. I can't see any record in database when I expect heartbeats. I would like to see the heartbeat record in db too.
