0.2.0 - Cab Functions

This release introduces fully synced cab functions, which means there is a new function available - trainlink.cabFunction().

This is the first release of TrainLink. It currently supports cab speed control, as well as track power management. To get started, download the correct compressed folder for your operating system below, or if you just need the server, the installer for your OS.
