The v0.0.9 to v0.0.12 releases included support for upgrading from the old sled database that the Matrix SDK used to use to the sqlite database by exporting the room keys that it knew about. Enough time has passed now that I think it's fair to say that anyone who was going to upgrade from a v0.0.8 or earlier release has done so, and we can ditch the
sleddependency.
