Summary

Deliver Icod.TermInfo 1.10.0 as deterministic multi-database inspection, comparison, and planning automation while preserving the frozen Runtime/Source/Compiler/Termcap contracts and the complete 1.9 JSON version-1 surface.

DA01–DA06 — complete

DA01–DA05 add the immutable caller-ordered database-set model, deterministic precedence and indeterminate evidence, semantic shadow/alias analysis, effective and structural set comparison, and bounded multi-database parent planning. DA06 composes those APIs through the separate JSON version-2 contract and thin toe, infocmp, and icod-terminfo command adapters while leaving all version-1 JSON and historical one-root command forms frozen.

Version-2 document kinds are exactly:

DA07 — complete (1.10.0-Alpha-7)

Generated-state and distribution hardening covers real compiler-generated conventional databases, conflicting/repeated identities and aliases, incomplete earlier roots, repeated physical roots, bounded large candidate universes, tr-TR / ar-SA determinism, isolated package consumers on net8/net9/net10, installed tools on Windows/Linux/macOS, and all six standalone archive RIDs.

DA08 — complete and frozen (1.10.0-Alpha-8)

The exact 51-type Inspection public API is frozen in docs/1.10.0-INSPECTION-PUBLIC-API-BASELINE.txt.

Consumer documentation/sample closure — complete and green

The pre-promotion audit added only executable documentation and release-facing guidance:

• docs/1.10.0-MULTI-DATABASE-GUIDE.md;
• samples/Icod.TermInfo.DatabaseSet.Sample;
• checked-in normalized fixtures for all three v2 document kinds;
• permanent sample-fixture verification on net8/net9/net10;
• 1.10 multi-root direct/routed examples in samples/ToolSuite;
• updated sample index, root/Inspection documentation, roadmap, and release audit.

Clean consumer-closure Staging run 33736812176 was fully green across Windows/Linux/macOS, the exact package gate, the new three-TFM sample fixture gate, installed tools, and all six archives. The subsequent exact-head validation also reached all substantive gates without failure before stable promotion.

Stable 1.10.0 promotion

The coordinated version is now 1.10.0. This promotion changes version/current-facing release metadata only; it does not change API, schemas, feature semantics, dependencies, target frameworks, command behavior, or archive RIDs.

Package release notes and current-version assertions have been synchronized to stable 1.10 while historical DA07/DA08 Alpha evidence remains intact.

Publication is still pending. The exact stable branch head must pass PR Staging before merge to main; the normal Release validation and immutable v1.10.0 tag remain the publication gates.
