I also met the "Check failed: bottom[0]->num() == bottom[1]->num() (4 vs. 1) The data and label should have the same number." problem and I'm wondering which files did you modify in your Caffe-FPN? I perfer to manually make changes to those files in my special edition caffe. Can you please tell me the difference between caffe-fpn and the original caffe? Thanks!
