Summary

The self-modification subagent can now inspect the local trace for the session that invoked it. Local traces are mounted read-only, and the inherited trace ID is available to dynamic resolvers so selfmod instructions direct inspection to the matching directory rather than scanning other sessions.

Validation

Focused dynamic-resolver and selfmod unit coverage passed, along with eve and selfmod typechecks.
