cans doctorwas only checking for~/.cans/native/bin/qwen3-tts-worker. First run now downloads the publicqwen3-tts-nativedarwin-arm64 tarball (~1.6 GB, once), verifies sha256, and unpacks it.Pin: v0.1.0. Override with
CANS_NATIVE_URL/CANS_NATIVE_SHA256. Unit tests use a tiny local tar. No Python.
