The demo admin server is a private, unpublished package and is listed in the Changesets ignore list, so a generated changelog serves no purpose. The version was bumped by Changesets before the package was ignored. Align it with the other demo packages, which all stay at 1.0.0 since they are private and never published. The "package" is private and doesn't need a changelog. Remove the version as well.
