Update personal copyright and current project ownership notices to Wander following the repository transfer. Preserve existing license terms and years, other contributors, vendored notices, and historical research attribution.

Validation: parsed changed manifests and confirmed only ownership fields differ; verified license bytes differ only in the holder name; checked whitespace with original line endings; independent review completed. This uses the cosmetic short loop because changes affect notices, metadata, and presentation only. No runtime logic or dependency settings change.
