The XamlCss looks promessing but i really miss a very basic minimal example.
1 css file, a window with 1 button, that is it. That would show the basic operation.
If i look at the Test app WPF, i really have to dive in for a long time in order to get to know.
Maybe you have such a basic wpf app, that would be great.
