- Add pr-build.yml: PR trigger, build + unit tests, arm64 only
- Add release.yml: tag trigger, sign + notarize + DMG + .app.zip
- Remove RClickUITests target (empty stubs, not useful for menu bar app)
- Add specs doc for CI/CD and auto-update plan
