Updates the workspace dependency and lockfile to workshop-rs 0.11.0. Migrates MappedText construction and handles the newly non-exhaustive WorkshopError while preserving current diagnostic mapping. Verified with fmt, Clippy, and locked all-targets/all-features cargo check.
