Bump the vendored engine to 5f71d45 - #217

Carries three changes this front end asked for. A recovered worker fault no longer leaves the crawl waiting on an FTP slot (#1671). The -#c kinds dnssegv and ftpsegv fault a live worker during the mirror, so the recovery path can be reached at all (#1672). And both crash-test markers now reach the log callback, so logcat can read them without a visible stdout (#1673). HTTRACK_VERSIONID is "3.50.2" at both SHAs, so versionName stays as it is. No engine source was added or removed, so Android.mk's hand-written list is unchanged. The engine moves from
aea04f0to5f71d45, engine master.Three commits are the reason. A recovered worker fault no longer leaves the crawl waiting on an FTP slot (#1671).
-#c=dnssegvand-#c=ftpsegvfault a live worker, so the recovery path is reachable at all (#1672). Both crash markers now reach the log callback, so logcat can read them (#1673).HTTRACK_VERSIONIDis"3.50.2"at both SHAs, soversionNameis unchanged. No engine source was added or removed, soAndroid.mk's hand-written list is unchanged.HTS_CRASH_TESTis still absent fromAndroid.mk, so the new kinds need a local debug patch.467 tests pass, and the ndk-build leg is the check that counts.
