On some widescreens, allowing the content to fill the whole width can spread things out a little too much.
Added a config to the extensions and stylesheet / scripts, to specify the amount of whitespace to fill.
The storage permission required for the options in the browser extensions, shouldn't flag for anyone doing an update.
