Followin the design and README.md in agents/trapi-nlp-answer-agent/ in main branch

  1. Study the YAML file and runner.py
  2. Try running the given example
  3. Tune, adapt code for it to work via runner
  4. Handshake this with Monarch-kg agnet created by @RohanRouth
