fix dead marginalia link and broken doc generation - #341

rawgithub.com is permanently down, so the README docs link 404s. Point it at cljdoc, which serves the README and namespace docs. lein-marginalia 0.9.0 can't parse modern Clojure (LispReader.matchSymbol arity changed in 1.7), so docs/uberdoc.html was frozen and couldn't be regenerated. Bump to 0.9.2, add a `lein docs` alias to regenerate, and refresh the generated doc.
