docs: publish ZBoard documentation migration - #31

ZBoard documentation now lives in this repository, organized around the basic panel, first installation, core management and plugin usage. Technical contracts and historical records are kept in separate reference sections, with explicit version boundaries for development-only plugin and RAW editor features. Migrates all 22 tracked product documents plus new installation guides and the deployment storage reference. A source-to-destination manifest records provenance. The product repository will stop tracking its local docs directory and point readers here. Validation: checks and production build pass for all 97 Markdown pages, including links, anchors, navigation and generated output. Co-authored-by: kovawx <kovawx@gmail.com>

Publish the ZBoard documentation migration from develop. The site now leads with the basic panel, installation and plugin-marketplace usage, with technical and historical references kept separate.
The feature PR passed Documentation CI for 97 pages. This release PR follows the repository's develop-to-main promotion workflow; apply release:promote after the required checks pass.
