docs: publish unified Chinese ZBoard guides - #35

Remove the English sidebar group and duplicate English installation/trust pages. Translate the remaining development, storage/backup and subscription-filtering guides into Chinese while retaining technical identifiers and stable anchors. Update internal links and migration provenance. Validation: all 84 Markdown pages pass link, anchor, navigation and production-build checks. Co-authored-by: kovawx <kovawx@gmail.com>
