This adds embedded-call compiler roles, definition lookup and final preload mirror refinements. It inherits D's strict formatter array-binding rule, so its tracked tree differs from historical companion keepkey#228 by that safety fix and the updated registry assertion.
Local compiler/catalog tests: 24 pass and 3 skip without local evidence inputs. The full official-registry test checks 1,450 formats and confirms 1,297 signable programs with host/device agreement. Corrected runtime cases pass against the local emulator: an embedded call whose callee and data use the same tuple array, refusal of separate formatter arrays before preload, and fixed-array iteration with both numbered screens. The EX33 screenshot manifest now declares no screen for the refusal; EX16 declares dynamic and fixed-array screens. The paired native firmware suite passes 656/656. Exact-head firmware CI is pending. The owner chose to keep the existing drafts and stop before a further D split; D's main-SOP review checkpoint remains open, so no E review is requested on this stack. Historical #863 remains open.
