Scope
Owner-authorized D-G replacement: enable balanced groups and optional fields that always remain visible. Array iteration remains disabled. Based on #114; preserves #115/#116.
Verification
Pinned firmware validator: 16 compiler tests passed without skips, including all 1,450 registry formats and 1,221 signable cases. Added signer-constant intent refusal regression. Firmware child also passes 650 native and 37 wire cases. New frozen unit starts with zero Copilot rounds; not release acceptance.
