Description
After uploading a file to the BV-BRC workspace, the file does not immediately appear in the file listing. The user must manually click the "Show all files and folders" refresh button to see the newly uploaded file.
Steps to reproduce
- Navigate to a workspace folder in the BV-BRC UI
- Upload a file (e.g. a FASTA file)
- Upload completes successfully
- The file listing does not update — the new file is not visible
Expected
The file listing refreshes automatically after a successful upload, showing the new file immediately.
Actual
The new file only appears after the user manually clicks the "Show all files and folders" refresh button.
Priority
Low — cosmetic UX issue, does not affect functionality.
