Add NSF CyberTraining and refresh funding opportunities

Adds a new NSF program and brings the rest of the funding list up to date. Each change was checked against the funder's live page on 2026-10-02.

New entries

• Training-based Workforce Development for Advanced Cyberinfrastructure (CyberTraining), NSF 23-520. Full proposals due 2027-01-21.
• Citizen Science Hubs 2026, Open Science NL. Due 2027-01-08.

POSE → PESOSE

• NSF has archived POSE (NSF 24-606). The two POSE Phase 1/2 entries are replaced by a single entry for its successor, PESOSE (NSF 26-506). PESOSE has three tracks (Planning, Establishment, Security), and its next deadlines are 2027-03-02 and 2027-09-07.

• Astera Hidden Science Competition (closed Aug 21)
• ICRP (concept notes closed Sep 7)
• CHARTED Fund 1 and Fund 3 (round 1 closed Sep 30; round 2 expected late spring 2027)

Deadline and detail fixes

• GitHub Secure Open Source Fund: now rolling, across all sessions.
• BSSw Fellowship: reopened for the 2027 cohort; due 2026-10-30.
• CHARTED Fund 2: next deadline 2026-11-15. The maximum per activity is now £12,500.
• CHARTED Fund 4: next monthly deadline 2026-10-15.
• Open Science Infrastructure and FAIR Research Outputs: these were pre-announcements and are now live calls, so the entries point to the call pages and "(pre-announcement)" is dropped from the titles.
• Quoted two unquoted posted dates.

Not verified

• NIH RSE Award (RFA-OD-24-011): the NIH page blocked automated fetching, so the 2026-12-04 deadline still needs a manual check.
