• archive the eight completed Feature 037-044 intakes with their delivered feature suffixes
• reconcile the ten-member completed series, review evidence, run-state paths, exact mapping, and operation lineage
• enforce status-to-collection rules in all three installed intake-governance validators with Bash/PowerShell fixture parity
• replace project-specific active-path checks with exact fixture-driven feature evidence
• treat a missing physical active directory as an empty collection when Git has no active intake file
