The nightly dev image builds of four repos all started at 02:30 UTC and competed for the same runner host, BuildKit cache registry, and uplink. Two more pairs of heavy scheduled jobs started together: the two whisper integration runs on Monday at 04:23, and
rubas/kagiCI with the image-proxy backup on Monday at 06:17. This PR changes only thecron:line ofci.yml.
