Use HTTP/2 for public R2 object verification because releases.wrightkit.dev rejects forced HTTP/1.1 requests. Update release docs. Validation: bash -n scripts/publish-r2.sh; git diff --check; the failed run's uploaded archive returned HTTP/2 200 with the expected cache and content-type headers.
